Angela Knight Designs provides a variety of package offerings for every need and budget. We are excited to help you bring your vision to life!

In home meeting to discuss the scope of the project, your goals, design ideas, colors, budget, etc.
Design suggestions will be offered, and everything discussed will be typed up in bullet form and emailed to you within 48 hours along with vendors and trade suggestions

Initial meeting to discuss traffic flow, concept designs, overall budget and review the Kitchen Design Project
Complete measurements and photos of the kitchen will be documented
A new floor plan for the kitchen is created based on the initial meeting
3D color renderings of the kitchen are created to help visualize the proposed space
Products are specified: appliances, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, plumbing, lighting, backsplash material, cabinetry hardware, moldings and trim details
Quotes from vendors for materials listed above will be provided when possible to help with budgeting
On going follow ups will take place to review the proposed plan and selections
One revision to the design is included

Initial meeting to discuss goals, design concepts, overall budget and review Bathroom Design Package contract
Complete measurements and photos of the bathroom will be documented
A new floor plan for the bathroom is created based on the initial meeting
3D color renderings of the bathroom are created to help visualize the proposed space
Products are specified: cabinetry, countertops, wall and floor tile, plumbing, lighting, cabinetry hardware, moldings and trim details
Quotes from vendors for materials listed above will be provided when possible to help with budgeting
On going follow ups will take place to review the proposed plan and selections
One revision to the design is included

Initial meeting to discuss goals, design concepts, overall budget and review Room Update Package contract
Complete measurements and photos of the room will be documented
A new floor plan is created
Furniture, lighting, art, accessories and area rugs are specified as needed
A digital mood board will be presented showing all items listed above along with a shopping list for items needed

Initial meeting to review the existing space, color scheme, furniture placement, wall space, etc., and review the Room Styling Package contract
A list of items needed to style the space will be created
Accessories (pillows, bedding, rugs, lighting, art, wall art, etc. as needed) will be purchased by homeowner

*Note: The Room Styling Package does not include items purchased.

Initial meeting to discuss overall design ideas and review the New Construction Interior Hard Finishes Package contract
Visit various (builder preferred) showrooms together to select cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures, tile, countertops, flooring, lighting, doors, interior trim details and any other items on the list (this process may take multiple trips during the course of the project)
Select interior paint colors/exterior paint trim colors (paints or stains)
Work side-by-side with the builder to ensure all details are communicated throughout the construction process
Provide computerized renderings for site-built cabinetry, drop zones or other areas as needed for carpenter
Includes 4 hours of site meetings with contractors (additional hours may be purchased if needed)

NOTE: The final package cost depends on location and size of project. Each design agreement is customize to meet your specific needs.
